• Led the expansion of a global multi-rail payment system supporting ~$28M in active ARR across Recurly and Adyen.
• Led the migration from Braintree to Recurly and redesigned the subscription architecture to support multiple payment gateways.
• Designed and led a Go replacement for Keycloak, cutting auth compute ~90% with no forced re-login.
• Built and launched sign.com’s initial backend, including its SuperTokens-based authentication system.
